Hi just wanna share, selama ni hb i paling tinggi 12 tu pun masa awal² nak bukak nuku pink lepastu trus drop 10 11 je just border line. Tapi sejak try Ganilia + Iberet ni result yg latest naik teruss hehe alhamdulillah semua mommies boleh try tauu ? sebelum ni makan iberet je 2 biji rsult 11 je mntain tmbah ganilia yg dia naik mndadak ?

Puasa #21weeks

Hi mommies nak tanya sy dah 3 hari puasa tiap kali buka mesti tak lama akan muntah semula. Sy jadi was was patut puasa ke tak untuk hari seterusnya sebab masa puasa dari pagi sampai petang okay je boleh tahan n larat lagi plus sy bekerja. Cuma bila buka baru muntah, loya pening and rse lemau sangat sampai lepas buka terus terlelap.
