Formula milk for 18 months

Hi Mommies any recommendation for formula milk? I would like to change my LO milk which is Nan ,he is constipated. Thank you in advance

Picky eater

My 16months LO is not eating properly. All meal I gave he refused. But for fruits he eats for 3-4 of bites( banana, orange, mangoe plum) If time of meal I’m not giving him milk to make feel hungry but still he is not eating:( But for milk he still drinking, maybe 950ml per day. Is anyone here having same experience? What you usually do? Any tip would be appreciated ☺️

Sleeping time

My 15months Baby change his sleeping time. He sleeps from 5pm until 2am, then he plays from2am-7am. Then he sleeps again from 7am till 1pm. He sleeps in the morning and awakes in the night. Is this normal with his age?
