Hair dry and frizzy during breastfeeding?

Is it true if you breastfeeding will cause hair to be dry and frizzy? My hair was healthy before and during pregnancy . After I give birth my hair started to get dry and frizzy.....

carpal tunnel syndrome

Anyone having this issue? One day I woke up my both hand feeling pain,numb and tingling. Especially during my sleep it got worse and painful. It impact my daily life. Even tieing my hair, washing the plates, covering blanket myself, etc... is so painful.....

You can see a specialist (orthopaedics) if it’s very bad. You can see if splints help. Otherwise if it’s persistent after you give birth, there is an option for surgery to release the carpal tunnel

sleeping position ?

I have not been sleeping well on my left side. Is sleeping on the right side or laying flat on my back will do any harm?

Although sleeping on the left is highly recommended, my advise is to sleep whichever way that gives u a good rest! Cos to me having a good rest is v impt.. n it gets tougher as the stomach grows bigger
