Hair dry and frizzy during breastfeeding?

Is it true if you breastfeeding will cause hair to be dry and frizzy? My hair was healthy before and during pregnancy . After I give birth my hair started to get dry and frizzy.....

no proof supporting this but my gynae did told me that bf mum need to take calcium supplements

not necessarily i believe... i had long hair throughout before & after childbirth...
