13 weeks insomnia during midnight after waken up

Hi mummy here, are you facing same problem with me? Whenever i wake up in the midnight time starting from 2am onwards to go to washroom, i am unable to sleep back and roll and roll till morning. Is this normal? Have anyone experienced as well?

I did for awhile. I drank some milk and it helped. Try to find something to trigger your mind and body to relax back. Just not phone or tablet cause of the light!

Hi, Generally the morning sickness goes after 1st trimester. Till then please try to eat little bit so that you still get your nutrients
