Any tips for older kids who have teeth erupting and milk teeth not readily dropping?

Bring them to see a dentist, worse come to worse. Otherwise, if milk teeth is a bit shaky already, get them to keep shaking the teeth so teeth can loosen and drop fast and also get them to bite into “hard” foods like apples so the biting into hard foods can further help to “dislodge” the teeth fast. That’s what the dentist taught my gal and I when her baby teeth refused to drop but was shaky and an adult tooth can be seen growing out already.

Inculcate values, beliefs and morals you want them to have and grow up with. Teach them right from wrong and how to stand for their own belief system so that peer influence for the worse will find it tough to take root.

Hang in there!! Be positive and there will be light at the end of the tunnel . The first few months are tough no doubt. But it will pass really. And learn to let go of things
