Boob/nipple pain

I'm 29+4 weeks, starting to get pain on my left boob and nipple. Anyone feeling the same or same experience?

Backaches at week 17

Any mommies already experiencing backpain already? (Mine covers the entire back) I've tried prenatal massage so far but it does not really solve the issue.

Maybe you can try seeing a chiro. I’m seeing Dr Dennis Lin at Live Well Chiro @ TPY and I found it helpful. Alternatively, consider a maternity pillow to help with better sleep.

Any good "food replacements"? At week 7 to 8

I believe most of us going through first trimester have nausea hitting us really hard. Anyone have suggestions for any form of "meal replacements"? I totally lost my appetite starting a week plus ago and surviving on just Nestum or Milo. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I try to eat plain food like beehoon, porridge, soup in small portions. Or snacks like puffs, waffles. :)
