MATERNITY LEAVE

Hello there working moms! When is the best time to take Mat Leave? I'm on my 31st week, still working. Ayaw ko sana mag-leave so I requested to work at home, fotunately pinagbigyan naman ako. But how about some of you po? When did you take your mat leave?

DELAYED OR PREGNANT?

5 months na po si LO ko, breastfeed. Sa first 3 months, naka injectible ako. Then after non nag pills nalang ako Exluton. Last mens ko is June 29 then hanggang ngayon wala parin. Nagpt naman ako mga mamsh, negats.

Para sken since nasanay nko, Daphne pills kasi mas mura sya. Pero irregular ang mens mo pag gamit mo to. Expect mo na yun basta naiinom mo ng tama yung pills. No need magpanic kng di ka datnan. Excluton nmn medyo pricey pero regular ang mens mo.

Mga mamsh, can you give me helpful tips sa pagl-labour and yung mga signs po na malapit na lumabas si baby.

During my labor moments I was advised to walk around the room and do the squat position whenever my tummy's contracting. It will make daw my push easier.

I know Vitamin C isn't really a good vitamin when pregnant but do you have any recommendations? Any brand of Vitamin C that is safe for us pregnant mamshies? I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I don't want to take antibiotics for my UTI ?
