9weeks pregnancy with empty sac

Hello mommies.. According to my LMP date, my pregnancy now is 9 weeks old.. But recently the doctor confirmed that there was only a empty sac and he gave me another 2 weeks to check again, if still the same my pregnancy will end up with D&C. No PV bleeding until now or any lower obnominal pain and i'm still having a morning sickness. Please shared your thoughts about this.. Tq

Cough during early pregnancy

Need some advices.. I'm now 4w4d and having a bad cough, what should I do to relief the cough and It's effects my fetus since i'm still in early stage of pregnancy..? Hopefully mommies can help me. Tq ?
