No heartbeat at 7 weeks 5 days

Just went for my gynae appt today and gynae can’t detect any heartbeat. He refer me for more detail scan tomorrow at the hospital. Anyone experienced this before with no heartbeat detect at 7 weeks+ but still continue to have a smooth pregnancy?

Spotting in early pregnancy

I am currently 5 weeks plus pregnant and experience some light spotting. My first gynae is on 16 Nov. Should I be concern to see a gynae ASAP or I can wait till my first appt?

Gastric pain in early pregnancy

Is it normal to have gastric pain feeling all over my tummy in early pregnancy? Currently 4 weeks pregnant. I do not experience this in my previous 2 pregnancy
