Speech Development

Anyone here who has a preemie kid? Hindi pa din nakakapagsalita anak ko until now. Malapit na sya mag 3 years old and yet di pa sya nakakapagsalita in sentences. Halos babbling pa din. I admit that it's our fault too kasi we let her use gadgets. Anyone here knows a speech therapist with affordable rates? Any leads will really help us. Thank you!
