I have a 1yr a d 6months baby and we are exclusively breastfeed. But the supply of my milk now ay kakaunti nlng. I already tried different formula milk but neither one of them ayaw niya nalalasahan kasi niya. Any advice please

Hi momsh, bawal ang myra E sa nagpapabreastfeed. Sobra kasi ang vit E niya sa recommended dose, kaya toxic sya sa baby.. Pwede malason ang baby natin..

Pump Milk Shelf Life

Hello po. Nakapag pump po ako sa office at nilagay ko sa freezer, may thermal bag dn ako with ice pack pag uwe. Pag nilagay ko po yung nauwi kong pumped milk sa freezer ilang days po ang shelf life niya? Thanks

khit Hindi n sa freezer mommy ilagay pag nasa office k plang. ok lng kahit sa body ng ref. muna then ska mo n lng ilagay sa freezer pag uwi mo... 3mos sa 2door (sa dulo Ng ref d Po sa my pinto) then 6mos pag deep freeze.

Based po sa OB ko. Natural lang daw po ang paninigas ng tiyan basta hindi masyadong matagal at paminsan minsan lang.

No tests administer

Hi, 13th weeks na akong pregnant and I only have one OB visit, that was the first time. Ultrasound and urine test pa lang iyon. Since I have scheduled next check up but due to the ECQ hnd ko napuntahan. Okay lang po ba na madelay ang mga tests for me and for the baby? Worried ako kasi first time mom ako and mag 4months na ang baby ko. Thanks

yes po momshie ok lang yan kasi may ibang test naman based on your weeks of pregnancy ask your OB na lang po 😊
