Hi mummies, boleh share tips tambah berat bg susah naik mcm sy? Dh boleh mkn tapi bila naik 1-2 kg, berat akan turun balik padahal mkn mcm biasa je.. 5 months pregnant berat statics je dlm buku pink 🥲#firstbaby #1stimemom

Nurse dgn doc bising tak? Kalau tak bising takpe puan. Takut nnti lama2 lepas ni berat naik mendadak sbb baby dah makin besar 😁
