Never po may sumakit sakin non buntis ako. Check mo nalang yun position mo baka nakakangalay.

Mga Mommy, sa OB ko kaka-6 mos ko palang pero nakita sa ultrasound ko going 7 mos na ako. Pero ung tummy ko maliit parin siya not the usual na nakikita ko sa iba? Normal lang po ba ito? :(, Payat po ksi talaga ako #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls

Wala po sa size ng tiyan yan. Basta normal ang result ng ultrasound you have nothing to worry about.

Pag po ba nagamit ka ng net brush na pangkuskos sa katawan while taking a bath ay possible na magkaron ng stretch marks dahil dun? Thanks po sa sasagot

yung pag stretch ng skin ang cause ng stretch marks hindi ang pag scrub or kamot. kaya need regularly mag moisturize para maging elastic ang skin. pero possible pa din na hindi maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng stretchmarks
