Headaches after exercise (throughout pregnancy)

Sharing that I experience headaches after lifting weights if I push myself to my limit. I decided to cut down the weights (from 30kg to 20kg or less depending on exercise) and also only go to about 70% exertion instead of 100% even if I can without any aches or pain. I read that it could be due to blood vessels in the head dilating and putting pressure on the skull. Pretty scary Just sharing in case anyone else has experienced this before and has any tips.

a lump at armpit

im 36 weeks pregnant. i notice there's a lump on my right armpit. and have pain when i try to press it. any mummies experience the same? how do i soothe the lump down? does ir have got to do with my milk produce also

ask the general practioner for check up, either engorgemenf means breast is full of milk or lymph nodes located in the armpit are just swollen

Any gynae to recommend?

First pregnancy here, I’m at week 4, hope to hear baby’s heart beat at week 6 for the first time. Can I see any gynae first and then decide on one gynae for monthly checks later?

Ladies, how do you and your spouse split hospital / delivery charges? Is there an expectation on the guy to pay for everything?

to me personally, I've been paying everything regarding the hospital bills n charges myself as my husband settles everything that is going at home. It's like a 50-50 depending on your situation. I mean every couple is different in their ways right? So I don't think there's really like a yes or no answer
