Dr John Tee at KKH or Dr Adrian at TMC

Hi mummies, I’m having dilemma in choosing between Dr John Tee at KKH private and Dr Adrian at TMC. Normal delivery and single bedded room. Can share your experiences?

Hi mama Hui Pin, From what I’ve read, if communication is important to you, Dr John Tee may not be your best bet. Dr Adrian as in Woodworth? I know he runs a very busy clinic. He also sounds very active management. Have you thought about what’s important to you in a gynae? Or what kind of birth is your positive birth experience?

Govt private vs Private clinic

Hi mummies! First time pregnancy here. Is there a huge difference in total costs (gynae visits + delivery etc) between govt hospital private route (nuh private) vs private clinic (specialist clinic etc)?

hello, I've only ever been private but I've heard that gov is way cheaper. my OB appointment fees are about $300-$400+ every appointment. the down syndrome tests will cost way more for private than gov too (that invoice alone cost me more than $2k). hope that helps.

Recommendation for Govt gynae

Hi there, any recommendations for first time gynae visits for pregnancy with endometriosis? :) any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Were u on any follow up for your endometriosis before pregnancy? I was with SGH so i asked polyclinic to refer me to SGH for my pregnancy since they have my records etc…

hi pregnant moms, this is my first pregnancy and i got a nose bleed for the first time. i usually dont have nose bleeds. is this normal?

i've nose bleeds as far back as i can remember... it completed disappeared after childbirth but now, my kidz have them often 😅

I’m currently 3 months pregnant and experiencing food poisoning. Any tips or advice on food/water intake to recover from food poisoning? It’s been 5 days and i’m not getting better.

Have u see a doctor? Doctor will prescribe u the powder to dissolve in water to replenish ur water lose.. and probably charcoal pill to stop your diarrhoea. I have stomach flu previously when i was 15weeks and i run the loo for more than 10times.. See a doc and went to my gynae for a scan…
