Sleep arrangement with confinement nanny

For breastfeeding moms, did you co-sleep with baby in same room during confinement even with confinement nanny? I intend to breastfeed, so would prefer to have baby cot in my room but wondering how it works, whether we can still ask nanny to help with burping, changing diaper and coaxing to sleep after the feed. Understand most arrangements are having baby sleep with nanny, then nanny knock on mummy's door when baby needs feeding. Wondering if any mummy has managed to sleep with baby and breastfeed but have nanny help with the rest? Appreciate if any mummy can share advice and their experience!

Formula feeding

Hi all, my newborn is 2 weeks old and I have low milk supply from beginning and trying to pump and latch but it's not enough so the baby is pretty much fully formula fed and I feel so terrible. Is it bad if my child will be fully formula fed?

It's perfectly fine. Many of us are formula fed, myself included, and we've all grown up well and healthy. Fed is best,not breast is best.

Baby fell from bed :(

Hi all. My 4 months LO fell from bed (~ 70cm) yesterday, head knocked on floor. Observed him and he seems ok, activity all normal, feed also ok. No vomiting. There's blue black at the right side forehead where he fell and hit his head. However, today I noticed that his left side forehead seems to have a bump as well. It's slightly soft when touched. I didn't notice it there yesterday. Currently he's still behaving as per usual.. should I continue to observe or should I bring him to see doctor? :( #firsttimemom #baby #advice

8 month baby nappy rash

Dear Mommy, would like to seek an advise.. Afterr my baby born, kkh recommended huggies platinum diaper.. but last month i change to Huggies Airsoft, to my horror, he develop nappy rash.. as i though its normal, i apply pureen cream, along the way i ask for desitin cream (purple colour) when we went for his follow up checkup. Again... and now its getting worsen nappy rash, yesterday i brought him to clinic and docter prescribe inflamation cream.. but nothing change.. my question is, should i change back to huggies platinum? Even now if i apply cream but no point because the nappy rash can be seen blood . As i though same brand and no problem if i change to sofe huggies . Pls advise mummy...

Waking baby up in the morning

Hi parents! Do you set a wake up time for your babies in the morning? Is a fixed timing important? Sometimes my 9 month old baby sleeps in till 10-11am and I’m in a dilemma if I should wake him up earlier when he is sleeping soundly. FYI, his bedtime is 8-9pm and he has a feeding at 12mn. He then takes 2 naps - total 2.5hrs. Is this too much night sleep?

LO keeps crying at night

my 10mo baby has been crying more than usual at night to the point husband and i cant get a good sleep before, it wasnt an issue— he would sleep thru the night and only maybe cry once to be fed or just to pat him to sleep but now it seems to be more difficult to settle him down. our last resort is to co-sleep with him on our bed but he still wails and cries and we have no idea what could be wrong and what else to do. some of our suspicions for this might be: - gassy - hungry - adapting to new changes in his routine* *i was LO’s primary caretaker for 10months and we’ve had no issues with his sleep at night— until i had to go to work from 8 in the morning till 6 in the evening, my in-laws’ helper has been taking care of him since i started working this week. how do i tackle this situation every night? how can i make LO’s sleep more consistent and prevent him from waking up in the middle of the night?
