Batang fish is safe for babies to eat, as it is a nutritious source of protein and essential omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for your baby's growth and development. However, it is important to ensure that the fish is cooked thoroughly to avoid any risk of foodborne illnesses. You can consider offering small, bite-sized portions to your baby and monitor for any adverse reactions. Introducing a variety of fish into your baby's diet can help provide important nutrients. It's always a good idea to consult with your pediatrician or a nutritionist for personalized advice on introducing new foods to your baby. https://invl.io/cll6she

Batang is also known as King Mackerel. It is high in mercury. Pregnant woman are already advised to limit intake to once a week. I wouldn’t feed my baby batang. Google for fish low in mercury that’s safe for babies.
