Baby first month / full month 满月

Hi guys I have a few questions to ask as I don’t really know who to ask… my family is not very traditional but I still want to do it. 1. Can me and bb wear black on the day itself? 2. Red eggs and ang ku kueh is a must…what about cake? Do I need to buy a cake? If yes what kind? The birthday cake kind or those small small pieces? 3. What am I supposed to do with the red egg and ang ku kueh…am I supposed to put it on a serving Tray for guests to take and eat themselves or am I supposed to buy individual packs and let them bring home? Tho individual packs prices are not on the friendlier side 4. Is ginger a must? What am I supposed to do with it…. Pls help!!! Thanks! Ok this one not important but does it matter if I order my balloons as “baby 1st month “ instead of baby full month? I genuinely think 1st month sounds btr but I think traditionally full month is the correct way to go

My mother in law doesn't recommend wearing black cause she says it's a joyous occasion so you & bb should be wearing something bright and happy.

Will using two names confuse my baby

Hello mummies, I call my baby by his English name, while my mother-in-law calls him by his Chinese nickname (also because she can't pronounce his English name). My mother-in-law is the one mostly taking care of him while I’m at work. I’m worried that having two names might confuse him, and he might ended up not respond to his name by a certain age. Mummies do you all call your baby by both real name or nickname? Which name did your baby end up responding to? Any advice for my situation? Should i just follow my MIL and call him by his nickname

acid reflux

Baby now 1 month plus. Few more days to turn 2 months. He has been having acid reflux past few days. Always vomitting out afta burp. He struggles alot when he wants to burp. He drinks 100mls every 2 hour. And he is drinking karihome goats milk. Should I change the milk to similac? What else can I do. I do frequent burping. He doesn't allow me to give small feeds . He wants all the 100 mls. Pls help mummies.. TIA

Better check with a pd! Most likely need to change formula.

Cats during pregnancy

Are there any precautions i should take for my fur baby? It's my first time pregnant and i've heard alot of stories on cats but not sure what to do or cause of prevention! #firstmom #bantujawab #firsttimemom #pregnancy

hi there. me preg on 7th mth. have 3 fur babies. gynae advise not to clean litter as afraid what the poop might carry. but I done my research it's ok if they are totally domestic. not even a playtime outdoor. meaning their food are control by me. unlike domestic and half outdoor cats( dual living area exposure), they might eat insects or other like rat etc.. but mine 100% domestic plus I bought a long metal scooper for cleaning the cat litters so I am not in contact with their poop or pee at all. got sell in shoppee or lazada yah.
