My gynae is very nice and said he would put me on HL if my company is alright with it. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant but with the nature of my job (I'm a Preschool Teacher) it is very physically, emotionally and mentally draining. My body feels like it is being drained of energy everyday. I don't get much sleep at night because of leg cramps and back pains and my working hours are long and demanding. I have shared with other colleagues about wanting to apply for HL in Sept but have been given mixed reactions. One colleague in particular mentioned she has been pregnant before and pushed through till her delivery date. Sometimes I feel is it I am just being weak? Or should I listen to my body and request for early HL (almost 2 months before EDD)? #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby #firstmom

Can take HL without being warded?
Hi is anyone working as an infant care teacher? I just want to ask how do you work while being pregnant. Im 26 weeks and i have gestational diabetes. Therefore i have to cutdown sugar and i get hungry easily, dietician ask me to snack healthy snacks. But the problem is i can't snacks. At 11am the teachers will start their lunch and every hour each teacher will go. So we have to be with the infants every seconds and also i can't snack infront of them as it is not hygiene and can't bring down my mask. Therefore i get headache easily. I was wondering if i could take HL till i give birth. It is really not easy for me. As alot of people like to stand at the window and look at the infants. I receive a complain before because i was snacking infront of them. #advicepls

Hi mummies, 26 weeks pregnant currently and experiencing nosebleeds. Just today it started bleeding again for no reason. Gynae referred me to ENT to get it checked but I won’t be seeing ENT till September. Anyone with similar experiences can share how you manage the nosebleeds apart from pinching nose to stop the bleeding when it happens? TIA! #worriedfirsttimemom
