Hi there, I’m on Tri 2 and I have been experiencing pretty bad blocked ears since Tri 1. It can persist for the entire day and Nasal spray doesn’t work for me. Any other remedies to share?

Does anyone know if Dr Tho specialises in natural or csec? How is the after care in the hospital that he delivers (Mt Alvernia / Thomson Medical)?

Hello, I’m currently 11+ weeks pregnant and am exploring some maternity insurance. It’s my first pregnancy and am 30 years old this year. Just wondering if any mums have advice on whether I should buy maternity insurance since my FA did tell me it’s not necessary for me since I’m “still young”, might not have as many complications as ladies who are older and pregnant. But of course still up to my choice. Also any advice on which maternity insurance I should look at? Considering either GE, AIA or financial alliance. Thanks! #adviceplease #maternityinsurance

My gynae also prescribed me with supplements to consume during week 12. Now i’m confused if i should take when i hit week 12 or at the end of week 12?

Week 12 and still feeling very nauseous. Any idea when will this end? 😭 I’m feeling really depressed as I barely ate anything since week 6. Lost a few kg.

Hi mommies ! I am having an issue with regular tap water. I can taste its metal contents more so. Even before pregnant, I can say difference to brand waters & can say which household tap water feels heavyweight to swallow #weird. But now I can taste so much of its metal. Idk what I am tasting. The closest I can describe is metal. Any suggestions ? It's getting bad. it's gross to drink. But I am forcing myself to drink. I can feel my dehydration a lot. I also wouldn't want to add sugar to my water coz I am afraid of diabetic. Wuld love to hear in frm you ladies :)
