Mid to lower back pain

I dont know is that kidney pain or muscle pain at the mid and lower back.. i felt aches around this area when i woke up this morning. I can't straighten my back to walk normally. But passing of stools and pee seems normal as of now. Does anyone have lower to mid back pain? I rly hope its due to pregnancy related #pleasehelp #FTM #firstbaby #respect_post

I am feeling so guilty for always craving and eating at mcdonalds. I know its not healthy for me and baby but i am tooooo lazy ++++ to cook for my food or buy other foods as thats what im craving. Anyone here have the same situation as mine?? What happened to you and baby? Is the baby normal or healthy? Did you have gestational diabetes ? I am so worried. Now im 20weeks and few more weeks b4 ogtt. But mostly i am worried is my babys health. :( #pleasehelp #advicepls

Me, especially the coke. I can eat two burgers one meal too. Baby and mummy healthy (except that I put on 17 kg lol!) Baby is on the smaller side (2.6KG) but very healthy. Jaundice level low and no other conditions. No GD. Of course I’m not encouraging you to have mac everyday, but just eat what you crave. For snacks, can consider fruits, nuts, yogurt or crackers 😊.

I am into second trimester and recently I feel random moments of sadness. Sometimes I feel that I am alone in dealing with this pregnancy. The changes in my body makes me feel less attractive and lover by my husband.

Hi hi, there are many hormone changes during pregnancy, it’s normal to have different feelings at different stages. Do find someone to talk to if you need to, there are also many EDD group chats available and they are very active, it helps you to feel better as many of us are going thru the same thing. Ladies , anyone know how much we have to pay for deposit??? I’m planning to choose A1 ward. And can we use Medisave also? For those that have given birth, how much is your total bill for normal delivery?#pleasehelp

Normally they will request to pay the full amount first after the medisave deductible amount. You can refer to images for natural and c section cost. You can also log in to healthhub to check.

How to deal with 2nd hand smoke

My mil keeps smoking and after i’m pregnant she starts to smoke at the balcony and keeps the door close. but sometimes she forgets and she’ll leave the door wide open and when i go out to the living room the entire cigarette smell will be so empowering. tonight i went out for dinner with my colleagues and when i came back she left the door open again, and my husband left our room door open so the entire room is filled with the smoke smell. i feel so annoyed but what can i do? husband also kept reminding her to rmb to close the door but next time after the kid is born she’ll be helping to take care and i really don’t want my kid to be exposed to all these smoke

Ask your husband to speak to his mum to see if she can smoke downstairs instead. Try to explain to her nicely instead of demanding her to do it for her grandchild. If she’s not willing, there is nothing much you can do since it’s her house (I assume?). Will you be getting your own flat anytime soon?
