Nausea at week 23

Hello mummies, do you feel nausea or vomit after eating from week 23 onwards? My first 3 months were really bad as i kept vomitting everything i ate. But it got better when reaching my 2nd trimester. But now im at week 23, i started to vomit my lunch and my dinner again. Being the first time mum, im worried if its not normal. 😔

it’s normal, unfortunately some mummies have it all the way till delivery

21 weeks, cytomegalovirus (CMV) / Microcephaly

My husband and I went to the hostpital to get check for the baby gender which is on the 20 weeks, but then the doctor say my baby head is small which is 2 percentile, and its not confirm, either my baby is going to be normal or abnormal, I did blood test and turns out Im CMV IGG positive, but negative on toxoplasma and ecetra. I am very concern, Does anyone have the same problem? any advice? #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby #AdvisePlease

Cramps ………

Im 22we now & normal to feel cramps frequently @ this stage ?

If your cramps come and go within that few minutes, might be contraction. Best to visit the hospital (A&E) to check and have a peace of mind.

Thick nuchal fold

Anyone had thicker nuchal fold at 20 weeks scan and delivered a healthy baby? Have you gone for any tests thereafter before delivery?

yes i have. no test after delivery as i did amnio.

Insomnia Second Trimester

Hi mummies, I just reach second trimester and I realise that this few days Im having trouble with sleeping, I've been awake like late night, Im so tired and headache but I can't sleep. Any tips or advice that you could recommend? Thank you :')

This happened to me during second pregnancy. Whereby I had a hard time sleeping. No matter what I do I will not sleep well. Nothing much can be done unless I read ebook, watch netflix, watch youtube, play video games, tire myself by doing late night chores like folding laundry then ill sleep well. 🥹🫠

Folic acid at tri 2

Hi, would like to check if there is any negative effect for continuing folic acid during trimester 2. Do we stop after 12 weeks?

Yes it is recommended/advisable to stop at 12 weeks and thereafter continue with your other pre natal vitamins.

Hello! Im week 13 now and my aversion to drinking water has been rough (feels like im drinking dry water, it makes my throat feel like i swallowed sand) but now drinking water hurts my stomach too. Anyone has experienced this and know how else to hydrate? Fruit Juices make me puke out foam and im lactose intolerant.

Yess! Same, i hated drinking water, even makes me want to puke. Have you tried 100 plus?

Nausea came back 18wks

I had extremely bad nausea until week 16 and had to take meds 3x day. From week 16 I started feeling better and in week 17 nausea was only in the evening. Now I'm in week 18 and strong nausea came back and have to take meds again..is it normal? Did you also have sudden return of nausea in week 18? I'm exhausted.

me too! DX still having nausea now. Feeling terrible...
