Gynae Appointment during 3rd trimester
Is it normal when it is 28 weeks and above to have regular gynae appointments like 2 weeks gap? We just chose our Senior Consultant, and it seems the appointment is like every 2 weeks.

Increase in BP when starting 3rd trimester
Hi, my wife just started to have an increase in her BP, especially during her 30th weeks of pregnancy (3rd trimester). Can anyone share if you have any food recommendation or advise(s) to lower my wife BP.

Jumping during 3rd trimester(?)
Hi mummies, i'm currently 30 week 4 days. It just only happened... I was walking down the stairs and i almost tripped on my pants(palazzo pants) Almost fell 2 steps down face down but i broke my fall by jumping down 2 steps down instead.. Currently feeling extreme pain in my c-section scar and bottom abdomen. Dont know if i should check in. Its my 4th pregnancy and this never happen before...
