Can try to do kegel exercise daily, to strengthen and relaxing the pelvic floor muscle.

Week 39 - light bleeding and stomach ache

Week 39 and I just had light bleeding and constant stomach ache. Doesn’t feel like cramps/contractions. Anyone had the same symptoms? #worried

You should inform the labour as you are nearing EDD and there is light bleeding. Never know if your cervix is already open.

Severe contractions but not dilated.

Hi! I’m currently 40 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having really bad contractions for the past 4 days, which gets worse at night. However, during my last gynae check, I was 0cm dilated. Has anyone experienced something similar? And when do you know when to admit yourself to the hospital? Thanks in advance!

Mucus plug is out but still not in labour

So i went for my 38wks5days checkup last week and i am dilated at 2cm. So doctor did the stretch of cervix for me in hope that i will be in labour in few days time. So on that night, mucis plug is out. Felt abit of cramping, went to A&E, get checked amd no contraction. Was told to go home. And been having a brownish discharge for 3 days and it stopped. Now i am 39wks3days, just 4 more days to my edd, and im still not in labour, no more feeling any cramping, and i feel all good. Baby is moving well. Anyone experience this? This is my 3rd pregnancy, and the gap between this and my 2nd child is below 1yr

Yes, I had the same for my first. Even with membrane swab at 40 weeks and given 1 week, my waterbag was still full and I was 3cm dilated. Only give birth 41 weeks with me being induced.

nausea at 37 weeks

hi mummies, i am currently 37 weeks and i feeling nausea feel like vomiting. is it normal or is it an early sign of labour?

It’s normal. My MS started at week 38 😅 gave birth at week 40.

Hearing screening test

The doctor did a hearing screening test for my baby on the 2nd day of her born day. The doctor said that her left hear can’t hear. Did any mommy experience this before? How valid is the result? I am so worried. 😥😭#firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls

it’s very accurate. they test the brain signals too. did they recommend a follow up?

What do i do is i loose my mucus plug

Had a membrane sweep yesterday and loose my mucus plug. Do i need to call hospital? As there is no sign of contractions yet . Only gaps of braxton hicks. #FTM

For me i will wait for contractions and try to have early labour at home. You might not be dilated yet hence if you straight to hospital, you might get induced or sent home. BUT always follow ur instinct… your body will tell you when it’s time! All the best! :)
