Babys movement at 18 wks

I am currently 18 weeks but yet to feel any of my baby's movement. I am worried if all is okay as my next scan will only be 3 wks later. Its my first pregnancy and I heard probably wont feel the movenent until 20 weeks. Is it true? #worried

Hihi, yes! I only felt mine at week 22, I probably felt them before week 22 but I didn’t know how to tell the movements until my sonographer taught me how to differentiate during my detailed scans. Don’t worryyyy! Soon you’ll start to feel bubblings, little waves, little to hard kicks and even the annoying hiccups ☺️.

Yes, only can feel from 20 week onwards.

I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant working in a government healthcare settings. Because of this pregnancy, I tend to walk or do things slower…as I get breathless and giddy easily…im anaemic btw… There a few colleagues of mine especially one male colleagues. He keep making fun of the way I walk and he even mimicked the way I walk right infront of me… Honestly I got offended. But it seems like I can’t do anything… #firstbaby #firsttimemom #advicepleace

If you are unhappy with how he react towards you or mimicked then confront him. Alternatively ignore and pretend he doesn't exist. And if you are anaemic do get iron prescription from your doctor. This has to be consume together with your obumin. I had a friend who is anaemic and always faint a lot esp during her pregnancy.

Hi! My husband has not been wanting to have sex with me during my first trimester cause he was scared to hurt me or cause miscarriage. We’re moving to 13 weeks now. And he thinks he can put off sex for 7-8 more months till end of confinement. He assumed every couple was like that. Is it really???? #advicepls #firstmom

My gynae said its actually okay to continue being intimate as long as you feel okay to do so (women will experience hormonal change during the early trimester period, which may make you less inclined towards intimacy).

Do you all sleep with a pregnancy pillow? Those U shaped or C shaped ones?

Share your experiences in using such pillows. Do they really help to relieve back pain?

I got one from shopee and regretted it. It’s so uncomfortable for me. I’m back to using normal bolster.

i mostly buy during 2 or 3month before...for 3month before i just buy the simple things, but 2month before due date will buy all the things that needed and important .but for clothes mostly buy a little bit bigger size then new born because baby fast changing size especially because drink exclusively..so for new born i only buy like 3/4 pieces set

16 weeks and not much constipation. I still poop the last 3 days.

Is this normal?🤣I have constipation 2 weeks before. But now, I sometimes have stomachache and after pooping, it's ok 💩, no stomachache.

Confinement Nanny

Hi mummies, when looking for confinement nanny what requirements do you guys look for? Heard too young not good, what age range should I look for? I’m planning to get nanny from PEM… Do nannies in PEM do baby sleep training? I heard some mummies try to do sleep training as early as day 1. Those who have past experience with PEM do share more about it, would love to know 😊
