Hi mommies, my baby is at 9 months old but he doesn’t really want to crawl. He prefers to sit while playing. And if he crawl, it’s still army crawl. Is it something to worry about?

COVID 19 - How to take care of baby

Hi mummies I have COVID 19 and is looking after my 10 month old at home when she is not in IFC. I am wearing a mask all the time and practising social distancing from the baby. May I know when is the 'safe period' to remove my mask if the test kit tested negative. I understand that sometimes even if the test kit is negative and we feel we have "recovered", the virus may still be contagious inside our body. Can anyone advise me when to remove my mask totally and any tips to take care of baby if contracted COVID 19? Thanks so much ! #adviceappreciated #firsttimemom

Baby keeps waking up at night

Is anybody experiencing the same thing? My 8.5 month old baby keeps waking up at night and can’t settle on his own. This happens irregularly - some nights every 1-2 hours, some nights he’s able to sleep for 4-5 hours stretches. He just recently drop from 3 to 2 naps (1 week ago), but even with previous 3 nap schedule he was waking up in the middle night a few times too. Especially between 4-7am, his sleep is so light I have to carry him for him to stay asleep, if not he will wake up too early in the day. He also started having preference of a caregiver putting him to sleep - when I’m not the one putting him to sleep he will fuss and cry for awhile. I’m not sure what to do 😭

totally normal. this phase shall pass.

Baby don't like to drink water

Hi, my nine month old baby does not like to drink water. Gave him water through bottle and sippy cup but he either push them away or doesn't seem to sip any water. Please help 😭#adviceplease #firsttimemom

babies at this age don’t need so much water yet so it’s fine. don’t force it

Do you prefer tape diaper or pull up pants diapers?

tape. even when standing I still prefer tape. they hold so much better, don't have to remove pants totally for diaper change. I only switch to pants when baby can actually pull down to use toilet.

Hi mummies When do you give your baby supermarket whole milk?

Do you feed baby formula milk for those 2 years and up (toddlers)? My friend formula fed her child FM until primary school. Apparently there are milk for catered for older children. Please advise. Just want to know because I think I can't be feeding formula milk till my child is till primary school and they are not cheap too. #adviceplease #newmom

Always start with egg then other items that contain nuts, so on and forth. Because majority baby will have allergy on egg. I tried Heinz Egg Custard.

How many times is too much poop for 6m baby?

Hiii mummies! FTM here. How many times does your baby poo in a day? Especially after the start of solids. My baby usually poop 2 times a day. But i realised after changing FM for 6months old & starting solids my baby poop 4 times a day everyday. I dont know if it’s normal or could it be diarrhoea?
