Severe and sudden back pain

I was making my laundry yesterday when suddenly something tightly pressed in the lower part of my back, so, I could hardly walk to the sofa and sit. Since that, my back has been hurting severely, I walk like an old lady and even when I’m lying down it hurts. 34 weeks pregnant now. Has anyone had something like this and what shall I do to reduce the pain?

How to get rid of tummy pouch or flabby tummy after C sect?

After C sect, does the tummy immediately flatten a bit at least or still remain big? What can I do if I want to flatten my after C sect tummy ?#advicepls

i still looked 6 mths preggy straight after op. i used a binder to help hold everything together. after about 6 mths, i started using girdles or those tummy shaping underwear. i dont really exercise/workout so never got back my pre-pregnancy shape.

When can I start to use tummy binder after my C-Sect surgery?

Had csec and was advised to use it right after discharged. The tummy binder was recommended by the nurse at the hospital. I think u can request for them to measure you in the ward and they can send the binder to u before d/c. This was in NUH. The nurses and dr did advised me on how to wear it too. It depends on hospitals, no harm asking the nurses they shld know (:

Yes, all newborn will get health booklet from the hospital and it is for their immunisation record as well as height/weight record.

Necessary to take vitamins?

Hi guys I'm 32 weeks currently. I'm suppose to be taking my vitamins but I haven't been taking bcs the pills are huge. Pls advice. First time mom 🥲

pls take them. you can use pill cutter to cut them or buy those gummy vitamins

Baby weight at 28wks

My baby weighs 1.6 at around 28+5. Is this normal? Because the online chart are all at around 1.1kg during this period. but doctor did not warn anything.

erm no. don’t have. pregnancy symptoms will go away because new hormones will kick in to prepare for breastfeeding
