FIBROIDS PREGNANCY

Gums bleed and bloated gum.

Has any mummies encounter it before .im on my 16 weeks .. recently just recover my gums bleed n upper gums in between tooth got bloat or swollen gums which im not sure..any one encounter it?

From 1st trimester to just reaching 2nd trimester , is it common for you to vommit every single time or feel you want to vommit ?? I'm kinda tired of keep on vomitting and I'm losing weight due to vomitting :(

It depends on hormonal changes of every pregnancy mummy. You may/may not have vomitting symptoms or you will get throughout pregnancy. But, sooner or later, it will be over.

Cost of consultation and delivery TMC

Can anybody share cost (total cost and cash outlay) of consultation/delivery and experience at TMC for Dr Paul Tseng/Adrian Woodworth/Tan Thiam Chye? How are they in terms of issuing MC/HL when nearing delivery/later stage of pregnancy #firsttimemom

Dr Adrian Woodworth’s patient. Back in 2021, deposit for natural is $2580K (GST incl), consultation and scans $737 (GST incl). Hospital stay wise, I would say also on the cheaper side. I had to pay $4K cash (1 bedder). Stitching wise no complications and done fast. I didn’t take any MC/HL but he will ask me if I need Mc during every visit. HL around 36-37 weeks he will start asking if I need any MC or HL. As a shy FTM, I was conscious of showing people my PP and surpringsly, I only had to show him my PP during labour 😂. But one thing to consider is that his machine is very very old. Don’t expect what you see on those IG when people reveal their pregnancy. Halfway into my pregnancy, my ultrasound scans just looks like solar eclipse all the way till the last scan. 😅 Overall, I’ll still go back to him if I have my next one.

Questions to ask gynae?

Hi fellow mummies! FTM here and every gynae visit I realized that I don’t really have any questions to ask the gynae (unaware of what I should be asking/to know). Is there any questions that I have to ask by any chance? I feel like I’m a little too “chill”. 😅 Week 14 going 15 btw. Any advice would definitely be helpful since I don’t have any pregnant friends around me. #firsttimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

It depends on what you are curious about. Sometimes, yes as a first timer we can either be the curious type or laid back. If you think that you are doing fine then no questions needed otherwise you may throw questions like sciatica pregnancy, acid reflux, heartburn, pelvic/crotch pain, food intake, vitamins, delivery methods, baby's progress, signs of labour, what to expect in coming months, etc. It may sound silly but sometimes it is good to ask of the little2 details.

Upper back pain, any remedies?

Anyone know how to relieve upper back pain? Just turned 15 weeks.

Nothing much that can be done. Just put lots of cushion/pillow when resting/sleeping/seating. Using maternity belt support. Spouse can help to massage back lightly.

Hi all, at which week of pregnancy, the baby bump will be shown??

mine start showing at 14 weeks, but it looks more like you just had a a big meal rather than a baby bump

An amnotic band forms during my week 16 scan. I heard from doc it is uncommon but it is not touching my baby now. Doc said the fetus have form so should be fine but scheduling my week 20 detailed scan earlier. Googled and it is quite scary to read. Any moms can share more?
