Anxious about gaining too much weight?

Dear mummies, I'm 19 weeks 3 days today and have gained almost 5kg so far. The weight just seems to be piling on! How much weight have you gained by this point? My doctor already told me to cut down and lose weight when I had gained 4kg. #firsttimemom

am on 26 weeks, total weight gain 10kg. went for monthly check up and it raise to 2kg each time😅

bleeding implantation

is it normal to not have bleeding implantation? i have a miscarriage previously, now pregnant #firstmom

i did have a bleeding when am on 16 weeks. went down to kkh and baby heartbeat is well and he is busy jumping in the womb!

Recommended Food for Weight Gain

Hi! I'm in my first pregnancy and am relatively petite (BMI ~17.7 pre pregnancy). Fetal weight at 25 weeks was 770g which gynae said is normal but when I look at other mummies responses here, it sounds like my baby is a bit on smaller side. 😅 I still eat normal 2-3 meals each day, not much increased appetite. Was wondering if any mummies have tips on foods that can help with increasing fetal weight healthily? Thank you 🤍

Just want to share, my BMI is 17.22 (42kg) prepreg and my baby is also on the smaller side (2.6KG at 40 weeks). I eat a lot every single day but I’m the only one gaining (18kg!). My baby came out healthy and full term ☺️. Foods to increase baby’s weight can try durian, beef, eggs~.

W25 now and my baby has been very active since W20. His kicks are pretty strong and can sometimes be continuous movement for awhile. Anyone experienced this too? ☺️

I am week 25 now and my baby is also very actively kicking me! 😆 (even when I’m typing this…)

Help! Mt E (orchard) or Mt alvernia?

Dear mummies, I'm given a chance to give birth at either Mt Elizabeth (orchard) or Mt Alvernia. Does any of you have any feedback or experience on either hospital? How is the food, staff, and facilities like? Appreciate your advice in advance!! 😍

I'm not sure about Mt. Elizabeth but you can sign up for Mt. Alvernia's hospital tour to take a look at the environment and find out more about their rates, food and other stuff!

25 weeks and baby is breech. Any way to make it turn? Will baby turn? :( Anyone does ECV before?

Its too early for baby to turn. Most of the time from 30plus weeks. If by 35 weeks onwards yet to turn then ECV process will come in.

Does HG cause autism?

I’m a first time mom at 23 weeks now. I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum & have been reading that if you have HG, your kid is likely to be autistic or probably would have other issues. Is this true?
