Am I allowed to bring exercise ball to hospital?
Hi Mummies, I’m currently 34 weeks and planning for virginal birth. Some people suggested me to use peanut ball to progress the labour . My question is are we allowed to bring the labour ball to the hospitals in Singapore?? I’m delivering at NUH.

Extreme tiredness in 32 weeks
Im 32 weeks preggy I have been extremely tired. I just want to stay in bed all day, waking up just to shower n eat. House chores as simple as doing laundry become so hard w the backaches. A 30 mins walk can tire me like crazyy ahahahah. All i want to do is sleep, is this normallllll
Precautions for when family members meet baby
I’m due 2 weeks before Hari Raya and we’ll be celebrating it at my parent’s house with the extended family. I’m also currently staying with my parents so I’m not going out to celebrate. What precautions should I take when visitors come to visit and when they see the newborn? I will not be comfortable with my baby being passed around or kissed and I have no issues telling people off about that and I have already made it clear to my family members on what my boundaries are. Apart from that, anything else I should take note of or prepare myself for?
