LO refuses to sleep in the day and drinks every hour
My LO is a month old now and she refuses to sleep in the day. She wakes up every hour or can go up to 3 hours without sleeping. She drinks (v little) every hourly or so too. How can I help her sleep better in the day and drink more so that she can last longer without feeling hungry? She is fully on EBM btw and she is fine at night so far (fingers crossed) waking up only every 2-3hourly and taking in more per feed. #firstmom #pleasehelp #advicepls

MY MUMMY FRIENDS!! I have some good things to share if u are pumping! First, invest in hands free wearable pump (i m using breast friends forever), do housework when pumping! Win win! Second and most importantly apply cooking coconut oil or olive oil !! This was the very factor that made me contemplate whether should I continue pumping because my nipples are so damn sore! Now with lubing, i feel much much much more comfortable (no more pain) and it encourages me to continue pumping! #goodthingsmustshare
