38 Weeks (Vaginal Discharge)

Dear Mummies, TMI. Need help. I was peeing and washed it off with water. And as i was wiping dry, there's this discharge like in the photo. Is this normal? Or am I having some infection? Will it affect my baby? I peed again but the discharge was now clear. I am seeing my gynae tomorrow but can't help but worry as i do not have any discharge before this throughout my pregnancy and am GBS positive as of 30 Dec. #advicepls
