I know this is normal and doctors always suggest first to eat lots of fiber and water, but I wanted to ask ano talaga nagwork sa inyo mga mommies? I wanted to take soluble fiber called Sofi green pero di muna inadvise ng OB ko, so medyo struggling lang mag go everyday 🥲 Nag eeat ako ng granola cereals and chia seeds in the morning then balanced diet for lunch and dinner pero medyo hirap pa din ako. Planning to get my OB’s prescription na on my next visit kasi i really want to make it regular ulit. I’m 13weeks+ po. TIA #PregnancyAdvise #FTM
