- 2025-02-12I am currently 10 weeks and have been having blocked nose only at night when I’m about to sleep, for the past 2 weeks. 🥺
- 2025-02-12Currently 9 weeks. Had a miscarriage last year around April. For this pregnancy I had been feeling bloated and got nauseated during evening and night time. Suddenly, the symptoms are gone, my appetite is better and my breast isn't feeling tender. Is this normal? I'm feeling so stressed because I don't know and don't want to handle another miscarriage. And people around me seem to get pregnant so easily and healthily.
- 2025-02-12Mine is a combination of an apple a day, and this super green drink called barleygreen www.bmlsociety.com which is also really good for gut microbiomes and encouraging red blood cell production. if I skip this drink in the morning I won't poop. Someone told me to take papaya as well but cannot stand the taste..
I'll take probiotics and milk if I'm desperate .. cause those give me tummy runs (but not as bad as mala) haha
- 2025-02-12Hello mummies.. do you guys have helper at home? Which nationality helper would be your preferred to take care of 2kids (2years old & 5years old)? Any experience to share?
I currently have a Myanmar helper but I feel she is not able to manage 2kids at one time independently and also not really interested getting involved with kids play time.

- 2025-02-13Hello parents who decided to go through the subsidised route! Could you give me a brief run through on what to expect?
It’s my 3rd pregnancy but 2nd (hopefully viable pregnancy) baby and for both, I went through the private route because I had a miscarriage before and really needed that extra care. Now that I’m pregnant again (I’m 8w3d), we’ve decided to go to KKH through the subsidised referral using CHAS from our GP.
Our first prenatal appointment is scheduled on the 26th Feb and we’re not sure what to expect.
How often are ultrasounds conducted? What about bloodwork and everything else? Thanks in advance!
- 2025-02-133 weeks ago I was told the foetus at week 6+ 7mm in size and today became week 10 and 3.5cm! Is this normal? As I have diabetes and worry bad control causes the foetus to be bigger in size. My first pregnancy!

- 2025-02-13I'm currently living with my in-laws, and I'm now 30 weeks pregnant. I've been exposed to third-hand smoke throughout my pregnancy because my father-in-law smokes inside the house. He smokes outside when I’m home, but when I’m not around, he smokes indoors. He has been smoking inside the house for a long time before this.
I'm really worried about my baby's health, especially since I have gestational diabetes. My husband has already told his father that smoking affects our health, but he doesn’t seem to care and still smokes inside. I think he believes the smell will eventually go away, but I don’t want to stay here anymore. However, I have no choice because we're waiting for a new place.
