Having trauma

Ytd midnight I was watching TV in the living room and my LO was sleeping in the bedroom with my husband, she rolled and fell off the bed I heard my husband screamed and I rushed in to see him carrying her. She is ok now but I keep repeating in my head the screaming and the crying. 😢
