Worrying Abt Baby

Yesterday just did skin biopsy due to skin blistering. Doc is worried abt pregnancy complication n this made me v worried. Can't help to worry n end up found myself tearing. I know that I have to keep myself positive. But is so tough. Is like I need to release my emotions. Has anyone been thro similar situation?
