20 weeks scan and found echogenic intracardiac focus (or EIF)

I had my recent 20 weeks scan and found there were two lights/spot on my baby heart. I would like to know if there are mummies out here who have experienced this past/present and how was your journey then. The doctor i saw informed that it is nothing major but I will need to scan again for the next month. Also, during my first trimester I took the FTS test and results were ok. Trying to keep myself positive but can’t help to feel worried.
