Working moms how do you deal with the guilt?
Agreed to what Phil said. Just like how the cliche says you can never have the best of both worlds. But I guess balance is the key. Though you're not giving your 24/7 to your kids and family, you know you're growing and raising them the best way that you can all the while helping yourself achieve your goals as an employee/ business person too. True enough it's heart-breaking that you sometimes fail to witness some of your kid's milestones just because you go to work but it will only be frustrating if you lull on the sad part of the story.Magbasa pa
Personally, I just tend to remind myself that we're not perfect and that to err is human. Basically, by understanding that to be a parent, you have to imperfect. This article really helps expand on my point in a really clear way... hope it helps you as much as it helped my wife and me. https://ph.theasianparent.com/9-things-parents-should-not-feel-guilty-about/Magbasa pa
