Super Mum

Salary is important, but your health and baby’s health is much more important. Go back to work and do your best, but put your foot down about not overworking. If it results in threats, meet up with HR or a higher up boss and let them know that you’ll be working within reasonable limits, but will also do everything in your power to protect your baby’s life. If the work is beyond what you can manage at the moment, ask if no pay leave from now till your delivery is feasible. Leaving the company all together is a drastic last resort measure. But really, losing the baby or having a baby that doesn’t grow well is not worth the salary and abuse at work. Please take care...

Speak to your manager please

Spoken but no use. Sigh
