Wondering if anyone faced any discrimination at work during pregnancy and during maternity leave that you decided to resign during this covid19 period?
Im more pressured by my colleagues actually… they are not supportive… bad mouth about me… not happy that i will go for maternity during the peak period time… loll… ridiculous… like i can choose my own delivery date..
No. It’s not legal in Singapore. I will suggest you gather evidence (text, emails, hard copies) ASAP to fight your case with MOM. MOM normally sides employees. So you will have a strong case if you can provide proof.
I feel you shouldn’t give too much concern to what people thinks. Honestly do what suits yourself rather than what people thinks you should. Inner peace comes first. 😊
