Resignation during ML
Hi, anybody knows if it is okay to resign during maternity leave? For example if my notice period is 2 weeks, I will use the last 2 weeks of my ML to serve the notice period till my last day of employment.

hi, im planning to resign too during maternity. And i have checked with my company that maternity leave wont be forfeited if i decided to quit. so i can use my maternity leave to serve my notice period.
hi, yes i resigned during maternity leave. but do check with your hr first if theres any penalty.
