Not necessarily. These are all old wives tales. Many people with lower or higher heart rate end up with different genders as believed in those tales. Don’t put hopes because gender disappointment is real. So so real. Just wait for your wife’s 20+ weeks plus detailed scan if she’s not doing any earlier to detect gender.

Seems like a girl. even though heartrate is not a good indication, but usually guys will have a lower heart rate as compared to girls
