If there’s no recent change of milk, it’s likely due to overfeeding, or too much air going into the stomach during feeding, or a rapid change in baby’s position (lying down to sitting up)
Maybe overfed. Try reduce the volume and observe. If still vomit, you need bring her go see doctor
Could it be cow milk allergy? Consult your PD please
