Supplementing After Breastfeeding

Who supplement their baby after breastfeeding? I had my LO for 2 over months and even though I love the bonding of breastfeeding, I am not happy with the commitment that follows. Constant demand feeding, feeding for almost up to an hour, never being able to put my baby down for a minute, always worrying if there is enough, every time I pump my baby is hungry even more or cries more at the boob, always having to try to be positive for the best milk supply, the pressure of pleasing a pro breastfeeding family, where encouragement feels more stressful than supportive. I need advice and guidance. I just for once like to be told I am doing my best and whatever decision I make for my daughter is the best and not the worst.

I feel we should never judge others because we're not in their shoes and don't know the exact situation. What mother doesn't want the best for their child? Whatever decision you make don't let others judge you for it, I know there's a lot of pressure to breastfeed but it isn't always easy. Formula exists for a reason and it's a literal lifesaver. As long as you're not starving your child why should people care?

Hey! Don’t worry. Formulae or breastmilk, you’re still feeding your kid! Don’t worry too much. But make sure to be-careful of the formulae milk trap
