Pregnant with 1yr gap

Who else here have or had a 1 year old baby and got pregnant at the same time with a new one? Any advice/s mommies?

ako po 1yr and 9months ang twins boys nung nalaman ko pregnant ako. yung twin toddlers ko 2yrs old and 5mos nung nanganak ako sa newborn baby
