Which are the foods that can help reduce aggression in kids?

To be honest I haven't myself introduced or curtailed on the foods to reduce aggression in my kid. But it is said that in ancient times, sages believe that food items like; onion, meat, garlic, artificially sweetened eatables, spicy and too much oily food have produce negative energies and should be avoided to keep your soul clean. But if talk of science, it says that deficiency of various vitamins also trigger irritable behaviour in kids. Iron deficiency too is believed to trigger aggressive behaviour. But I guess, it is different for each individual. Say, deficiency of iron may trigger aggressive behaviour in one, but the other person may not shown any sign. Not only to reduce aggression in kids but otherwise too I think that food that we eat should be nutritional and should not be laced with too much spices and oils. As they say, we become what we eat. So, keep your food simple and nutritional and that is how your personality will become.
