I steamed all vegetables (eg. Carrots, brocolli, spinach, potato, pumpkin) and crunchy/firmer fruits eg. Apple, pear, prune. Didn’t steam things like banana and avocado, but mashed them and mixed them with breastmilk for a more puree consistency

Mostly have to steam first .
