Where can I found a dog shelter in Manila? I'm thinking of adopting a puppy for the family.

My mom has a dog shop and she breeds toy dogs like shih tzu (in ordinary colors and rare liver colors), pomeranians, chihuahua and lhasa apso. I'm not really sure if she breeds other kinds of dogs.
