Where do I buy this book or other local fairy tales from?

Books like these lend a local flavour to popular fairy tales, but I'm not so sure about letting children at a young age read it as it may interfere with their learning of the English language. Therefore, I would buy it as a gift for friends but I wouldn't buy it for my child.
